To answer the question, the student should be aware of this ( check photo)

Velocity = frequency x wavelength

Plug data into formula

346m/s = 1606Hz x Wavelength

Rearrange to make “Wavelength the subject”

346/1606 = Wavelength

Wavelength equal = 173/803

To 3 significant figure = 0.22 m

Long decimal answer = 0.2154420922

Answer:

As velocity = frequency × Wavelength

Wavelength = velocity/frequency

 = 346/1606

 = 0.2154 (approx)
