f(x)=2^2

This is actually not a function of x. 2^2 = 4. F(x) = 4 for all values of x. Plotted, it will be a straight, horizontal line at y = 4.

f(x)=|2|

This is also not a function of x. f(x) = 2 for all values of x. It is also a horizontal line, but now at y=2.
