Ok. So, we know that point 1 (green) has coordinates 8,3 and point 2 (red) has coordinates 13,5. Knowing this, we can determine the slope with the formula:

m = ∆y/∆x

m = y2 - y1 / x2 - x1

m = 5 - 3 / 13 - 8

m = 2 / 5
