Answer: Option B

Explanation: Jefferson's preamble is perhaps the most well known part of the document. What he says is, essentially, "Men have natural rights. We can stand some small encroachments in some isolated cases, but you (KG3) have abused your power and violated our rights repeatedly, and so we have no other choice but to break away."
