Suppose 19% of students chose to study French their junior year, and that meant that there were 133 such students. How many students

chose not to take French their junior year?

133 divided by 19 gives 1% = 7
7 x 81 = 567

Or if it is 133 students in total(the wording is confusing) then:
133 divided by 100 gives 1% = 1.33
1.33 x 81 = 107.73

(I would assume the first one as you can’t have decimals of people)
