The diagonals of a parallelogram bisects each other. Hence the length of UV is equal to the length of VS

UV = VS

x+3 = 2x-7

x-2x = -7-3

-x = -10

x = 10

Get SU

SU = UV+VS

SU = x+3+2x-7

SU = 3x-4

Substitute x=10 into the expression

SU = 3(10)-4

SU = 30-4

SU = 26m

Length of SU is 26m
