100 POINTS!!!!!

Test revision for a test tomorrow --
The explanation is more important than the answer. As far as I know, here is the most relevant formula :

Sum of interior angles in a regular polygon :
180 x ( n - 2 ) ( n represents the number of sides )

Thank you!

Answer :

46°

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the measure of angle ADE, all we are required to do is work our the measure of angle ABC as BC and DE are parallel lines thus, both of them must be inclined to an angle of same measure.

In order to find the measure of angle ABC, we will deduct the sum of Angle CAB and angle BCA from 180° ( Total sum of the interior angles of a triangle ).

  • = 180° - (∠CAB + ∠BCA)
  • = 180° - (38° + 96°)
  • = 180° - 134°
  • = 46°

Thus, the measure of Angle ABC = 46° and since Angle ABC = Angle ADE , therefore, Angle ADE = 46°.
