which when written in fraction, we'll count the number of numerals behind the decimal point

NOTE:each number counted behind the decimal point is equal to 10

let's now focus on what's before us as we have 10.3 which gives 103/10

let's write everything as it is but now we'll write the decimal in fraction

=41/103/10

=41÷103/10

=41×10/103

=410/103

this then becomes our answer but when written in decimal becomes,=3.98
