P = 2(4x-0.33)

P = 8x-0.66

86 = 8x-0.66

-8x=-0.66-86

8x=86.66

x = 10.8325 feet

length = 10.8325 feet

width = 32.1675 feet

2(10.8325+32.1675)= 86
