Is 2x+7y=28 and 7x-2y=4 perp or parallel

Perpendicular.

Explanation:

The 2 slope m1 and m2 are equal if the lines are parallel.

If they are perpendicular, m1 * m2 = -1.

2x+7y=28

7y = -2x + 28

y = (-2/7)x + 4

- the slope is -2/7.

7x-2y=4

-2y = -7x + 4

y = (7/2)x - 2

- the slope is 7/2.

Now -2/7 * 7/2

= -14/14

= -1.

So the 2 lines are perpendicular.
