since we know that PE is a bisector, that means ∡APC is cut into two equal halves, keeping in mind that those two halves have also twin angles across P, namely the vertical angles at ∡DPF and ∡BPF.

Let's also notice that ∡BPC has a vertical angle at ∡APD.
