From (7,12)


x = 7 \: and \: y = 12

So,


12= a \: ({7 - 4})^( - 4)


12 = a \: ({3})^( - 4)


12 = \frac{a}{ {3}^(4) }


12 = (a)/(81)


a = 81 * 12 = 972
