How do drops of polar liquids differ from those of non polar liquids

Answer: Polar liquids have uneven distribution of charge, leading to stronger intermolecular forces. Nonpolar liquids have more even charge distribution, resulting in weaker forces. Drops of polar liquids can form hydrogen bonds, while nonpolar drops can't.
