Answer:

y=(1)/(3)x + 5(1)/(3)

Explanation:

Since we know a point that this line passes through and we have the slope, we can change this into point slope form

y-4=(1)/(3) (x+4)

now, to change this into slope intercept form, we add four to both sides and then multiply the parenthesis

y=(1)/(3)(x+4)+4

Now we multiply

y=(1)/(3)x+1(1)/(3) +4

Combine like terms

y=(1)/(3)x +5(1)/(3)

This would be your final answer.
