I really need help with this problem!!

It appears that your teacher is asking: "Is h = -5 a solution to 5h > -15?"

If so, then we replace h with -5 and simplify.

5h > -15

5*(-5) > -15

-25 > -15

This is false because it should be -25 < -15 instead. Draw out a vertical number line to notice -25 is below -15.

Therefore, h = -5 is not a solution to 5h > -15
