Answer:

Fraction is 25/10

Explanation:

For questions like these you should simply multiply the numerator and denominator with the same number.

Like :- 5/2's equivalent fraction whose denominator is 10

  • Multiply the denominator of the first fraction i.e, 5/2 with such a number so that it's equivalent fraction's denominator results to 10. 2×x=10 thus, x=5
  • Now we got our multiplying factor that is 5.
  • Multiply the numerator of 5/2 with the multiplying factor i.e, 5(numerator)×5(multiplying factor)=25

Thus, your equivalent fraction is 25/10

Hope this helps you.

Hey there!

Let’s leave number unknown.. so we label it as a “e” for equivalent

NEW EQUATION: 5/10 = e/10

FIRST: you have to CROSS MULTIPLY your given values

5 • 10 = e • 2

5 • 10 = 50

e • 2 = 2e

NEW EQUATION: 2e = 50

SECOND: DIVIDE BOTH of the SIDES by 2

2e/2 = 50/2

Cancel out: 2/2 because that gives you 1

Keep: 50/2 because it helps us solve for e

e = 50/2

= 50/2

= 25

Answer: e = 25 ✅

Overall answer for your given equation: 25/10 ☑️

Good luck on your assignment and enjoy your day!
