Answer: If it was written 2 2/3(-1 7/3) then this is multiplication and not division because parentheses mean to multiply. Also it is written 2 2/3 (-1 7/3) instead of 2 2/3 (-1 3/7) so the fraction 3/7 is placed in the wrong order.
