The volume of a cylinder is given by

V=\pi(R^2)H

Here H = 8cm, we do not know the value of the radius, but we can find that given the circumference.

\begin{gathered} C=2\pi R=20\pi \\ R=(20\pi)/(2\pi)=10\operatorname{cm} \end{gathered}

Thus the volume should be;

\begin{gathered} V=\pi(10^2)8 \\ V=2513.27\operatorname{cm}^3 \end{gathered}

That is option A
