Find out the molar mass of salicylic acid, C7H6O3 :
Molar mass = 7(12) + 6(1) + 3(16) = 138 g mol-1
Now to find the mole, use the weigh of salicylic acid 2.0841g and divide by the molar mass 138 g mol-1
2.0841/138 = 0.01510217 = 0.015 mol
