In Sam's pet corner, there are puppies and parrots. They have a total of 15 heads and 50 feet. How many parrots and how many puppies are there?

(Yeah, I know-it's a weird question. I mean heads and feet. Is it even safe?
I'm kidding...sorta.)

5 parrots and 10 puppies

Each parrot has 2 feet so 5*2 = 10. Each puppy has 4 feet so 4*10= 40. So 40+10= 50 feet and 10+5= 15 heads
