Using the given formula for the surface area of a cylinder, we can plug in the values we know and solve for the height h:
SA = 2r^2 + 2rh
1632 = 2(12^2) + 2(12)(h)
1632 = 288 + 24h
24h = 1344
h = 56 cm
the height of the cylinder is 56 cm.
