Once things have settled down and the patient is calm, you have to write a report about the incident. In your one page report you must be precise, objective, and critical. Describe in detail what happened and the resolution. Be sure that your report is accurate and non-emotional. Only state what has occurred without becoming defensive or involving your personal feelings.
You are working as a pediatric nurse. It’s been a long week full of asthma, flu, and (rather messy) viruses. A mother and her daughter come in; the three-year-old daughter is showing signs of the flu. You have to enter into the system the symptoms and necessary information for the doctor to help diagnose the child. You should tr and find someone else to help you and makesure you may have cameras to see what happened and a more proof and stuff. So for the report u can write about ur emotions and ur pov. Say how u werent sure on what to do and about how u exacly to go on about writing about smth like this .

Say it seems like the patient awas traumatized and how you had to deal with it in a smatr way and stixck to ur own Ethics anyways
