This is easy, y=3.5x-3

Explanation:

just do y2-y1/x2-x1, then you get slope which is M, is the formula, y=mx+b, then for B you pick one of the coordinates and fill in the formula, for example, i picked (2,-4), so i filled in -4=3.5(2)+b, then after multiplying 3.5*2=7, then 7-7 and 4-7, you get -3=b, so the full equation is y=3.5x+-3
