First, I know that I don’t fit the standards set by everyone’s primitive drive for procreation.

There are primitive parts of our brains that makes us search for perfect facial symmetry, body proportions, fitness and good health. This is the biological part that can’t really be changed.

The more people learn and socialize, and the older they get, the less they care about the way people look.

But young people who are exposed to mass media like television and movies, are prone to be manipulated into adopting the high standards set by the mass media, even though they themselves don’t meet those standards. Then they begin to hate themselves at least until they reach college age.

The goal is to get kids to spend their money, and when kids are under a lot of stress by these high expectations, they spend more money on stuff then they should not.

Answer: Yes,

Explanation: it is widely recognized that modern society places significant stress on individuals, whether it be due to work, social expectations, or other factors. Factors such as the pressure to succeed, financial difficulties, social media, and political tensions can contribute to feelings of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. It's essential for individuals to prioritize their mental health and seek support when necessary to manage stress and maintain overall well-being.
