2.Electron transport chain is found in the plasma membrane of both bacteria as well as the mitochondria.

1.Mitochondria have their own cell membranes. The same has bacteria.
2.
Each mitochondrion has its own circular DNA genome, like a bacteria's genome, but much smaller.
