The interior angles of a triangle add to 180°. Thus;

(9x - 13) + (7x + 3) + 62 = 180

9x + 7x - 13 + 3 + 62 = 180

16x + 52 = 180

16x = 180 - 52

16 x = 128

x = 128/16

x = 8

The angles of the triangle are:

9x - 13 = 59°

7x + 3 = 59°

62°
