Mars and Saturn are two planets Mark Sloan would like to visit if he were a space explorer.

Comma or no comma?

No comma. You might be confused because it looks like an introductory clause here, but Mars and Saturn are actually the subjects of this sentence and “two planets [that] Mark Sloan would like to visit if he were a space explorer” is the entire object. Because of this, no comma is needed.
