1. Yes I do think people sould have a healthy diet. Beacuse not having a helthy diet can leed to gaining weight and it can also leed to sertain desises. Therefor people should try to eat more helthy food. Diets should not enclude starving yourself because if starved for to long you can damage yourself.
2. I personaly think people should workout 3-6 times a week depending on the person. Workouts dont just have to include lifting weights, worrkouts can just mean takeing a walk. Not only does working out get you in good shape it also keeps you helthy.
