Why might it be a good idea to rein in one's frustration and anger?

Anger isn’t only bad for those on the receiving end, it holds real and palpable health risks for those exercising it.



Anger, if expressed and released in a controlled way, could just the valve you needed to let go of that pent-up frustration. But if it becomes more frequent and uncontrolled, it could damage your health in several ways.
