I am not surprised by the way that the federal government spends tax money as it is being spent responsibly on factors that advantage society. Components such as military equipment, social security, and education are a few of the many important advancements that are being made due to the collection of taxes. These are vital parts of developing a country therefore the use of taxes in this direct way allows society to be safer and feel more secure in where they are living.

Simple things such as roadworks and recreation are being funded and must be credited due to tax collections. Without these, the government would struggle to improve our environment and enhance a futuristic way of living for everyone. Furthermore, another factor that taxes are being spent on is development of scientific studies, this allows scientists and doctors to be able to learn more about anatomy and the environment which establishes a better way of living and boosts health and wellbeing!

Yes. I'd imagine that the government would be more careful with where they put their money, but unfortunately, they aren't in my opinion. I have a few examples.

1. Student loan forgiveness.

The money has to come from somewhere. Where does the government get their money? Through taxes! So, if the government uses more money, they have to support their spending, in turn raising taxes.

2. Covid relief.

The idea seems good on paper, but if I'm right, it works the same way as the example above. More spending, More taxes!
