Answer is the graph attached for equation
y = - 4/3x -1

Step by step

To graph a slope and y intercept

First find your y intercept on the graph

Y intercept is -1, which is -1 on the y axis. Place your point there.

From there you use slope to place your next point. We know -4/3 slope is y/x so from y intercept, go down -4 and right +3. Place your point.

Since -4/3 is the same as 4/-3, we can do this inverse for another point. From y intercept go up +4 and left -3 and place your point.

Now you have 3 points for your line to cross and you can draw your line.

Note: your coordinates on this line are ( -3, 3) and (3, -5 ) and (0, -1)

You can also enter the equation in a graphing calculator
y= -4/3x -1
