Answer:

Step-by-step explanation: The chances of Greg picking from the first bag is: 10/25

The chances of Greg picking from the second bag is 75/250

Now we simplify 10/25 = 2/5

And, 75/250 = 3/10

It's pretty easy to see 2/5>3/10

So he has a lower chance of picking from the second bag (250 colored tiles).

Answer:

Greg is less likely to pick a blue tile from the bag containing 25 total tiles and 10 blue tiles. This is because the probability of selecting a blue tile from this bag is higher (10/25 or 2/5) than the probability of selecting a blue tile from the bag containing 250 total tiles and 75 blue tiles (75/250 or 3/10).
