as can be clearly seen, the graph crosses the x-axis (that means y = 0 and is therefore a "zero") between x = -2 abs x = -1.

13. B

a relative minimum is a point, where the graph comes from above, turns around and goes back up. and no point in the near neighborhood has a lower y- value.

14. A

it is not symmetric about a line like x= 1. otherwise it would look the same left and right of the line.

but when you rotate the graph around (1, 4.5) by 180°, you get the exact same graph again.

therefore, it is symmetric about that point.

all the other things are correct too.

the limits are consisting : when x goes to - infinity, y goes to -infinity too. the same for +infinity.
