Now that we know this you simply put it into a normal expression:

x+x+4+x+6=112 [Simplify this]

3x+10=112 [Subtract '10']

3x=102 [Divide by 3]

x=34

Now lets check if this is right:

34+(34+4)+(34+6)=?

34+38+40=112
