Answer:

y=1/2x+5

Explanation:

What we have so far is y=1/2x+?

We need to find the y-intercept. Using the info we have right now we can find the y-intercept with this.

y=mx+b

(1/2)=(1/2)(-9)+b

0.5 =-4.5+b

5=b

y=1/2x+5
