So for my Welsh Bacc, I've got to make a project about plastic pollution that is engaging to 11 and 12 year old kids. I have 5 ideas, but I need help choosing. My 5 ideas are a speech, a sculpture, a play, a painting or a comic book. Which one should I do?

All of your ideas are creative and can be engaging for 11 and 12-year-old kids. However, the choice of the project type depends on your personal interests, skills, and the resources available to complete the project. Here are some further considerations to help you make a decision:

- A speech can be engaging if you are a good speaker and can deliver the message in an interesting and interactive way. You can include audience participation and visual aids to make it more engaging.

- A sculpture can be an excellent way to demonstrate the physical impact of plastic pollution. It can be a 3D model of a sea animal or a scene of pollution that tells a story.

- A play can be fun and educational, and it allows for students to participate and act out different roles. You can create a storyline that educates kids about plastic pollution and its impact on the environment.

- A painting can be a great way to visually express your ideas and emotions.

Answer:

All of the ideas you have presented are great ways to engage 11 and 12 year old kids on the topic of plastic pollution. Ultimately, the choice of which one to pursue depends on your strengths and interests, as well as the resources available to you.

Here are some factors to consider when deciding which idea to pursue:

  • What are your skills and strengths? If you enjoy public speaking and are confident giving speeches, then a speech could be a great way to engage kids on the topic of plastic pollution. If you are artistic and enjoy working with your hands, then a sculpture or painting could be a good choice. If you enjoy writing and storytelling, a comic book or play could be a fun way to educate kids about plastic pollution.
  • What resources are available to you? If you have access to art supplies, a sculpture or painting might be a good choice. If you have access to a stage or performance space, a play could be a great way to engage kids. If you have access to a computer and design software, a comic book could be a good option.
  • What format do you think will be most engaging for your audience? Consider the interests and learning styles of 11 and 12 year old kids. If they are visual learners, a painting or comic book might be the best way to engage them. If they are more active learners, a play might be a fun way to get them involved.

Ultimately, the idea that you are most passionate about and excited to work on will likely be the most engaging for your audience.
