Look at the area of a rectangle with length
`l` and width
`w`:

`A=lw`

If we halve these: length
`(l)/(2)` and width
`(w)/(2)`:

`A=(l)/(2) * (w)/(2)=(1)/(4) lw`

So for all squares and rectangle the new area will be
`(1)/(4)` of the original area.

So the overall surface area of the prism will be
`(1)/(4)` of the original surface area (since it is just the sum of 4 rectangles and 2 squares).
