Answer: 48 old houses

Explanation:

Ratio 5:8

Ratio 30:?

30/5=6

8 x 6= ...

48!!!

There should be 48 old houses. 30/5=6 and if there are 5 houses for every 8 old you would do 8 • 6 which equals 48
