Answer: I would say Popular Sovereignty.

Step-by-step explanation:

I say this because all it really means is a election like the presidential election of the US. Now a days they call it the election instead of popular sovereignty.

Answer:

Individual rights, which are protected by the Bill of Rights, are often in conflict with the government's responsibility to protect the public good. In recent years, there have been debates over issues such as gun control, freedom of speech, and privacy, which have raised questions about how to balance individual rights with the needs of society as a whole. Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic has led to government mandates and restrictions on individual behavior, which have further highlighted this tension.

Furthermore, some recent political and social movements have challenged the idea of individual rights and instead emphasized group identity and collective action. While there is value in recognizing the experiences and struggles of marginalized groups, there is also a risk of neglecting the importance of individual liberties and protections.

Overall, while all of the terms listed are essential to the functioning of the United States government and society, individual rights are particularly threatened in the current political and social climate.
