it is really totally simple : you need to add the x value of the translation to the x-cordinate of each point. the same for the y value and the y- coordinates.

A' = (1 + 3, 4 + 2) = (4, 6)

B' = (2 + 3, -2 + 2) = (5, 0)

C' = (-3 + 3, 2 + 2) = (0, 4)
