You are going to identify 8 stressors in your life and you are going to identify how much time you spend on that stressor and how much time you want to spend on the stressor. For example: A major stressor would be a recent death of a loved one and I would spend 2 hrs thinking about it.
A minor stressor would be working out more, I want to spend 30 minutes a day doing some type of exercise.
