I've been trying to lose some weight but recently I noticed that I gained 3 pounds! I don't understand as I exercise everyday and eat 500 calories a day, anyone know what might be the reason? ​

try to pace yourself, put yourself on a schedule, try to eat more vegetables and fruits. hope this helps :)
