We have the expression, ax+ay+az+3x+3y+3z, and are asked to factor it.
We can factor it by grouping.
=> ax+ay+az+3x+3y+3z
=> (ax+ay+az)+(3x+3y+3z)
=> a(x+y+z)+3(x+y+z)
=> (a+3)(x+y+z)
Thus, the given expression factored is (a+3)(x+y+z).
