Answer:

1.) Siki can adapt his lifestyle to spend more time on his studies by prioritizing his academic responsibilities. He can limit his involvement in social activities to specific days of the week, such as weekends, and reduce the time spent on social media. He can also consider rescheduling his soccer practice sessions to weekends or alternate days when he has fewer academic commitments. By creating a structured schedule and prioritizing his academic responsibilities, Siki can create more time for studying.

2.) To use their time effectively for their studies, Siki and others can:

  • Create a study schedule and stick to it
  • Minimize distractions such as social media, games, and television during study time
  • Attend all lectures, take notes, and ask questions to clarify any uncertainties
  • Form study groups with classmates to review class material and prepare for exams
  • Set achievable goals and work towards achieving them
  • Practice time management and prioritize academic responsibilities over social activities
  • Take breaks in between study sessions to prevent burnout and fatigue
