A woman with blood type AB can pass either an A or a B allele to her child. A man with blood type O can only pass an O allele to his child. This couple could have children of either blood type A (O from father and A from mother) or blood type B (O from father and B from mother). So the answer is A- 2 different phenotypes for their children.
