Physical changes can usually be reversed, and no new substances are created in a physical change. In a chemical change, it can’t be reversed, and there is a creation of new substances.
With this in mind:
Freezing juice is a PHYSICAL change (it can be reversed easily if the juice ice is melted, and no new substances are created)
Exploding fireworks is a CHEMICAL change (it happens due to combustion, which produces heat and light as new products, and you can’t undo the explosion of the fireworks)
Melting a chocolate bar is a PHYSICAL change (it can be reversed easily, and there are no new products as it’s the same chocolate, just as liquid)
Cutting grass is PHYSICAL (no new products are created, and whilst it can’t technically be reversed the grass will grow back, so eventually it will go back to its original state)
Rotting bananas is a CHEMICAL change (the rot creates a new substance on the bananas and it can’t be reversed)

A log burning in a fireplace is CHEMICAL
A change that does not result in a new substance is PHYSICAL
Dissolving sugar in water is PHYSICAL (this one can be tricky but it’s important to remember it can be reversed via evaporation and no new product is technically created)
Rust on an iron fence is CHEMICAL
Cake batter baked in an oven is CHEMICAL
Blue and yellow pain being mixed is PHYSICAL (while a new colour is produced and the change isn’t reversible, the change is chemical as the structure of the paint is exactly the same and no new substance is technically created)
Photosynthesis is CHEMICAL
Glass being shattered is PHYSICAL
Boiling water is PHYSICAL
Burning coal is CHEMICAL
