We will have the following:

\begin{gathered} P(x)=160x-0.85x^2+25 \\ \\ \Rightarrow P^(\prime)(x)=160-1.7x \end{gathered}

So:

A) P'(60):

P^(\prime)(60)=160-1.7(60)\Rightarrow P^(\prime)(60)=58

B) P'(65):

P^(\prime)(65)=160-1.7(65)\Rightarrow P^(\prime)(65)=49.5
