would this be the correct way to quote from the source? I know im supposed to put quotations around the name of the source but would i just reword what they said or use quotations for what the source put exactly?

Answer: You would not usually state the article's title but more the article's author.

Or you could do this: Author(s). "Title of Article." Title of Periodical, Day Month Year, pages.

You would not reword what they said to answer your question because this is a direct quote. Similar to when quoting someone, you would not reword their quote, but rather writhe the quote in quotations, and then the author's name after. In other words, use exactly what the article said, but instead of naming the article's title, name the author and the date.
