Keeping kosher really is about putting thought into what you eat. When have you put thought into what you ate? Why did you do it? How did it benefit you?

Answer:

I usually put thought into what I eat. I do this because I want to make sure what I eat is good for my religion. It benefited me by bringing me a peaceful mindset knowing that I went by another day not eating anything that is bad in my religion.

Answer: Well I can't say that this answer will be true to you, but here's my answer

I almost always put thought into what's going into my body. I worry quite often about how foods fat will affect me. I did it mostly because I was worried about gaining a large amount of weight. I didn't want to become unhealthy. It gave me a lot of insight on healthy options and diets. It helped me better understand my body and that what's good for me, may not be the same for others.

Hope this helps! :)
