Answer: 153.7
Steps:
1) Find the hypotenuse of single stair using Pythagorean Theorem - 8^2 + 10^2 -> 64+100 -> 164 -> sqrt164
2) Multiply answer by 12 - sqrt164 * 12 ≈ 153.675
3) Round - 153.7
